Person Records
Person information includes information such as multiple names (primary, alias, etc.), ID numbers, known associates, next-of-kin, detailed physical descriptions, mug shots, SMT descriptions and digital photos. Complete information on charges and criminal records is also available, along with approximately 50 specialty events and reports, such as arrest reports, victim and witness statements, photo lineups, sobriety test results, and so on. In addition, the system can capture person registration information, such as information on registered sex offenders, gang members, and make this information searchable. The Person window also provides links to related records such as incidents, addresses, criminal and business organizations, court cases, property and vehicles. To view related information, users simply click the link with the mouse. Diary Dates can be viewed from any record window that allows Diary dates to be set. When a Diary date reaches its assigned date and time, the persons or units designated in the Persons to notify pane will be sent a task. The next time they open their Task List windows, they will see an FYI task link, which they can open to see the Diary date reminder or notification.
