The RMS Police Records Management System is the largest and most sophisticated of Niche's COTS products. With its state-of-the-art design and scope, it is the most advanced system of its type that we are aware of, worldwide. Niche RMS was selected as the police RMS component for the Ontario Integrated Justice Project, one of the most ambitious projects of its type in North America. This project became operational in September 2000 and currently supports over 7,000 police officers and more than 40 separate police agencies, all sharing a single live database in a multi-jurisdictional environment. Several other smaller independent Niche RMS installations deploying this same software are completed or underway.

| COMS Comprehensive Corrections Offender Management System | | |

The COMS Corrections Offender Management System has been installed in three Canadian provinces and territories, including the province of Manitoba, running on province/territory-wide networks, supporting the offender and case management activities of corrections personnel at all locations. This product was first installed in 1998, and these projects are in the middle stages of a multiyear modular development process.

Both of these systems share the same fundamental design and have a common underlying architecture. They can be seamlessly integrated with each other, and are designed to interface readily with other systems. New versions of all Niche software are constantly being developed, incorporating new technologies, new legal requirements, and new features. All Niche customers automatically receive upgrades. This means that all Niche customers currently use the same up-to-date version of the software, regardless of when they initially purchased their systems. There are no orphaned Niche systems that have degenerated into "legacy" status.
