Niche RMS was first deployed in 1999 at Thunder Bay Police in Ontario, Canada. Niche RMS is now one of the most widely used, fully integrated operational policing systems in the English-speaking world.

• Niche RMS is used by police services in Canada, England and Wales, Northern Ireland, and Australia
• Approximately 75,000 sworn officers are now using Niche RMS. Current implementation projects will see this number rise to nearly 100,000.
• One quarter of the largest police services in the English-speaking world are using Niche RMS
• Four customers with more than 7,500 sworn officers
• Five customers with 3,000 to 7,500 sworn officers
• Nine customers with 1,000 to 3,000 sworn officers
